Child Car Seat Policy

Customers are solely responsible for providing and properly installing their own child car seats in accordance with all applicable state laws. Optimus Fleets LLC does not supply, install, or secure car seats, and our chauffeurs are not permitted to assist with installation. By traveling with us, the customer acknowledges that they assume full responsibility for the installation, use, and safety of any child restraint system and agrees to hold Optimus Fleets LLC harmless for any issues arising from the customer’s installation or use of the car seat.

Optimus Fleets LLC — Cancellation Policy

At Optimus Fleets LLC, we schedule chauffeurs, vehicles, and logistics in advance to ensure punctual and reliable service for all clients. To fairly compensate for time, scheduling, and operational commitments, the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation Fees

• Round-Trip Transfers: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
• One-Way Transfers: A $25 cancellation fee will be charged.

Required Notice for Cancellations

• Mercedes Sprinter Van: 72 hours’ notice required
• Luxury SUV & Luxury Sedan: 48 hours’ notice required

All cancellations are still subject to the applicable cancellation fee, regardless of notice given.

Important Terms

• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the full trip charge.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via text or email.
• By booking with Optimus Fleets LLC, you agree to this cancellation policy.
